Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shut-off circulation of gas which flows a piping in an emergency so as to prevent generation of a disaster by mounting this device between a tank for reserving high pressure gas and the piping. SOLUTION: A valve rod 25 is disposed in a valve body 11 wherein an inlet cylinder 18 is disposed on one side and an outlet cylinder 15 is disposed on the other side freely to move vertically, and it is provided with a valve part 29 which opens and closes with a valve seat 12a disposed on a lower end of a penetrating hole 25 while elastically pressing by a spring 31. A recessed groove 34 is formed on an upper body 33 attached to an upper part of the valve body, a slit groove 45 is disposed in a horizontal direction, an abutting board is hooked to a hole part 48 disposed around an upper surface, a cap body 40 in which a solvable metal 51 is filled is disposed upward the upper body 33. One end of a connecting member 59 connected to the other end of an operating piece 54 attached to the slit groove freely to advance and retreat, is disposed in an operating box which is arranged aside on the reserving tank.
