Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent easy delamination between a base fabric and a transparent resin film and to prolong the life of a membrane body applied with pigment when the membrane body is provided with the base fabric, a pigment layer applied to the outside surface of the base fabric and the transparent resin film thermally welded on the outside surface of the pigment layer. SOLUTION: The membrane body 1 applied with pigment is provided with the base fabric 4 having a plain color on the outside surface 2, the pigment layer 5 applied to the outside surface 2 of the fabric 4 and the transparent resin film 8 covering both of the outside surface 7 of uncoated part 6 with the pigment layer 5 in the outside surface 2 of the fabric 4 and the outside surface 7 of the pigment layer 5 from respective outer sides and thermally welded on their outside surfaces 7. Many minute passages 14 with a minute width and/or a minute cross-sectional area are perforated in such a way as to penetrate the pigment layer 5 in its thickness direction Z. A part 8a of the film 8 is filled by thermal melting into each of the passages 14, and the parts 8a and the fabric 4 are welded together. The minute passages 14 are placed at intervals of a nearly same distance in directions (X, Y) along the outside surface of the base fabric 4.
