Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin-cleansing agent composition capable of being used by impregnating a sheet for wiping skin soil with the composition, and capable of rapidly removing soil of makeup, sebum soil or the like, and good in sense of use. SOLUTION: This skin-cleansing agent composition to be impregnated into the sheet for wiping the skin soil is characterized by incorporating (A) 2-15 wt.% nonionic surfactant having an average HLB value of 10-15, (B) 0.01-5 wt.% liquid oil and (C) 0.1-10 wt.% polyhydric alcohol, included therein.
