Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjunction structure of a transparent resin plate with colored layer and a metal capable of easily forming the colored layer on a portion of the transparent resin plate being previously subjected to hard coat processing, highly exhibiting a conjunction force of the transparent resin plate with the metal on the above colored layer portion and imparting an effective shielding function. SOLUTION: In the conjunction structure of a transparent resin plate with colored layer and a metal, the transparent resin plate having a colored layer in which an urethane resin type colored layer is formed on one surface portion of a silicone type hard coat layer formed on a surface of the transparent resin plate; and a metal are adhered on the portion where the colored layer is formed through an elastic adhesive.
