Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a honeycomb core made of a bisect type fiber-reinforced plastic wherein firstly, the manufacturing process is simplified and the manufacturing cost is superior and secondly, crosssectional shape of a cell is made into an accurately hexagonal shape and is excellent in strength, and thirdly, adhesive strength of the cell wall is improved and peeling is also prevented from being generated, and fourthly, weight ratio strength is further improved, and fifthly, cutting work of a flat plate becomes unnecessary and it becomes excellent in the manufacturing cost from this face. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing, at first, corrugated sheets 19 prepared by sticking and impregnating the first fiber base material 17 with the first resin 18 and the flat second fiber base materials 22 are successively alternately laminated. Then, by sticking and impregnating the second fiber base material 22 with the second resin 23 adhesion between the corrugated sheet 19 and the flat sheet consisting of the second fiber base material 22 and the second resin 23 is realized. In addition, the second fiber base material 22 and the flat sheet can be laminated successively reversely folded back without being cut and under a belt-like condition as it is.
