Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional fiber board having a deodorizing function, a humidity controlling function or the like, which is useful as a core material of Tatami mat or the like. SOLUTION: Mats are formed by treating stock slurry, in which wooden fibers are dispersed, with a paper-making method and then dehydrated so as to apply a zeolite dispersed liquid to the surfaces of the mats and finally dry them, resulting in manufacturing the functional fiber boards 23A and 23B, which have no warpage and to which the zeolite is adhered at high yield.
