SOLUTION: An anaerobic sewage treatment apparatus is constituted by connecting a circulating water tank and a reaction treatment apparatus 20 to a supply pipeline and a treated water reflux pipeline 40 and a guide plate 62 for applying rotation to the treated water 2 flowing through the treated water reflux pipeline 40 in a peripheral direction is provided in the treated water reflux pipeline 40 allowing the treated water 2 from the reaction treatment apparatus 20 to flow to a recirculating water tank 10.
