Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability by eliminating the mechanical contact in a power system and to enhance AC/DC conversion efficiency at the time of AC input. SOLUTION: The driver for vibration compressor comprises a first power supply produced by voltage conversion of a battery power supply through a DC/DC converter 17, and a second power supply produced by converting the voltage of an AC commercial power supply into a DC voltage through an AC/DC converter 8 arranged in diode OR connection (diodes 25, 26). The driver further comprises means for interrupting output from the first power supply through a DC/DC converter control section 27 for controlling the DC/DC converter 17 when the voltage of the second power supply is detected.
