Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cashless transportation system which can lighten the burden on a user who purchases a transportation card such as a train ticket. SOLUTION: A ticket vending machine 10 receives a request to purchase a transportation card and an inserted cash card, reads the account information of the user out of the cash card, and sends a payment request message including the account information of the user, the account information of a transportation company and the purchase amount to a financial institution host 20 through CAFIS, etc. The financial institution host 20 transfers money from the account of the user to the account of the transportation company and sends an OK message to the ticket vending machine 10. The ticket vending machine 10 issues a transportation card in response to the OK message and sends specific issue information to a transportation company center 30. The transportation company center 30 manages issue information received from individual ticket vending machines 10.
