Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor and time for inputting an introduction letter when an electronic medical record such as the state photograph of a patient or the patient is introduced to the other medical treatment institution. SOLUTION: An electronic medical record device 1 is connected to an image pickup unit 202 installed in a patient's house. The device has an input means 11 inputting image data showing the state of the patient, which is image-picked up by the image pickup unit 202, a medical record storage means 21 storing medical record information on the patient and a display means 18 displaying medical record information stored in the medical record storage means 21. Image data can be displayed on the display means 18 and image data are stored in the medical record storage means 21 as medical record information.
