ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER, IMAGE FORMING METHOD AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which does not stain even a recorded image, a high-speed image forming device which uses the toner, does not form a diffused image or the like and gives high image quality and an image forming method. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge image developing toner comprising a bonding resin, a colorant, a releasing agent and an electric charge controlling agent, the bonding resin is based on a vinyl copolymer containing a styrene monomer and a (meth)acrylic ester monomer in constituent units, the molecular weight distribution of the copolymer has maximum values of the distribution in the low molecular weight range of 3,000-50,000 and in the high molecular weight range of 10×104-500×104, the molecular weight P1 at which the maximum value of the low molecular weight side is present and the molecular weight P2 at which the maximum value of the high molecular weight side is present satisfy the relation of 100
