Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve capable of easily returning a flow valve to its original value even when it is once changed. SOLUTION: An operating cover 21 to move a needle valve 12 is provided on a valve main body 11 free to revolve. Revolving quantity of the operating cover 21 is devised to be controlled in stages. Consequently, it is possible to return an engagement projection 27 to a position where an engaging groove 25 engaged before adjustment of the flow value exists in the case of returning the flow value of air to its original position after controlling by revolving the operating cover 21 by specified quantity.
