ANTENNA DEVICE FOR PORTABLE RADIO EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an antenna device for portable radio equipment light in weight and inexpensive. SOLUTION: This antenna device 10 for portable radio equipment has a whip antenna 12 and a helical antenna 14 mechanically connected to its upper end part. An insulation core rod 32 having a shank part 34 and a head part 35 is connected to the upper end part of the antenna 12. An upper side terminal 42 consisting of a conductive sleeve having a stem part 44 and a connector part 46 and a bobbin 56 composed of an insulation sleeve are attached to the part 34. The antenna 14 is wound around the bobbin 56 and also electrically connected to the part 46 at its lower part. The bobbin 56 is composed of parts obtained by molding resin with the terminal 42 and the antenna 14 as insertion parts. An insulation cap 62 is screw-fitted to the terminal 42 so as to cover the antenna 14.
