Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive material free from the lowering of its sensitivity and the increase of fog in long-term storage under natural conditions and so excellent in processing stability as to cause no change in its sensitivity and fog whether a processing solution is a fresh solution or a running solution. SOLUTION: The silver halide photographic sensitive material has a silver halide emulsion layer containing silver halide grains doper with at least one compound of the formula [ML6]m (1) [where M is a transition metal selected from the groups 6-11 elements of the periodic table ; L is a ligand such as a halide or a cyanide; and (m) is 0, 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-] and having the spectral maximum sensitivity in 700-1,5000 nm and contains a compound of formula 2, in the silver halide emulsion layer or at least one of hydrophilic colloidal layers adjacent to the emulsion layer. |
