Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web winding device capable of winding a web with the end of the web registered on a take-up bobbin. SOLUTION: In this web winding device used in a device for transporting a web 102 in a vacuum case in a roll to roll manner to take up the web 101 by the take-up bobbin 3, there are provided a detecting sensor 2 disposed in the vicinity of the take-up bobbin 3 for detecting shifting in the cross direction of the web, and a correcting roller 11 disposed on the upstream in the transport direction of the web from the detecting sensor for correcting shifting in the cross direction of the web.
