Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a rotary cutter capable of efficiently cutting a material by forming a cutter speed command earlier by time equivalent to settling time and giving it by compensating an amount of the settling time by converting the settling time of an adjustable speed rats to a moving amount of the material which is an input variable of a position command generator using an arithmetic unit of a computer. SOLUTION: A pulse generated by a pulse generator 9 in accordance with traveling of a sheet 1 is simultaneously input to a settling time compensator 10 of a numerical control device 80 and an integrator 11. The pulse input to the settling time compensator 10 is added by an adder 31 by outputting a settling time compensation signal by an amount of delay of response speed of an electric motor, and the added value is input to a position command generator 12 as a material moving distance X. This position command generator 12 gives a position command f(x) as a function of the material moving distance X in accordance with an optional speed command made in accordance with cutting length L0. |
