REGENERATING SYSTEM FOR AIR DRYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerating system for an air dryer capable of effectively utilizing all of the waste heat discharged from a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an air dryer 7, a blower 1 for sucking and sending air, a branching means 2 for branching the sent air to a first direction and a second direction in a prescribed flow ratio, heat exchange machines or coolers 3, 4 and 5 for cooling a prescribed material to a prescribed temperature with the air branched to the first direction and sending high temperature air, a mixing means 6 for mixing the high temperature air sent by the heat exchanger or the cooler and the normal temperature air branched by the branching means to the second direction and sending the mixture to the air dryer, a temperature sensor 8 for detecting the temperature of the air sucked to the blower, a flow rate detecting means for detecting flow rate and a flow rate control means 10 for controlling the flow rate of the air sucked to the blower based on the temperature, the flow rate and the flow ratio at the branching means.
