PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean air by removing dust and a malodorous material and to eliminate the rereleasing of malodor resulting from the dissolution of the malodorous material in water. SOLUTION: Comfortable air conditioning is executed by releasing the clean air from which the dust and the malodorous material are removed and unpleasant odor is eliminated by perfume by sticking waterdrop to the dust and the odorous material contained in air by spraying the water in a water tank 2 as fine waterdrop by a fine droplet spraying means 3 and by mixing the waterdrop with air by a gas-liquid contacting means 4, separating the waterdrop stuck to the dust, etc., by a droplet separating means 5, circulating the waterdrop after capturing the dust, etc., by a circulating means 6 so as to reuse, imparting the perfume to the air containing the waterdrop to which the dust, etc., are not stuck by a perfume generating means 7 and releasing the air in the room from a blowing port 19.
