Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely sample a fluorescent signal including a peak in a laser microscope using pulse laser oscillation. SOLUTION: A laser oscillation synchronizing signal synchronized with a laser oscillation signal from a laser device 21 is generated by a laser oscillation synchronizing signal generating circuit 35 within a laser control section. The laser oscillation synchronizing signal generated by the laser oscillation synchronizing signal generating circuit 35 is delayed at a prescribed rate by a delay circuit and is impressed as a sampling signal to an analog-to-digital conversion section 27. As a result, the sampling of the peak of the fluorescent signal is made possible.
