Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light analyzer capable of providing a favorably accurate measurement result when gasifying a high boiling point substance and sending it to a gas cell of an FTIR or the like for performing a gas analysis. SOLUTION: In this light analyzer, vacuum pumps 7 and 13 are provided evacuating a gas cell 1 and a sub-chamber 2 connected to the gas cell 1, and after the evacuation, sample gas produced by heating a sample M inside the sub-chamber 2 is transferred to the gas cell 1 for performing the gas analysis. Almost no gas other than the sample gas exists inside the gas cell 1, and so, deterioration of measurement accuracy of a conventional device caused by concentration fluctuation or the like occurring when feeding carrier gas and letting it carry sample gas to a gas cell can be eliminated for providing a more accurate measurement result. |
