PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of uniformly performing the washing of a wall surface and the peeling of the adherend on the wall surface over the whole periphery of the wall surface at a time of the repairing or the like of the side wall lower end/bottom wall peripheral edge corner part, side wall lower part, bottom wall peripheral edge part or side wall lower part large in curvature of a small-sized petroleum tank or the like.
