Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a system constructed by connecting a video camera and an external device in a communicable way. SOLUTION: This video camera and a personal computer are connected via Ethernet (R), and an IP is adopted as a communication protocol. In the case of transmitting a thumbnail image to the personal computer, the video camera side transmits and outputs the thumbnail image as a homepage file by an HTML format. The personal computer has only to read the file of the HTML format by a browser software and displaying outputting the file. Also, an operation button is displayed on the homepage file, and the recording/ reproducing operation of the video camera can be controlled from the personal computer side by operating the operation button.
