NETWORK TERMINAL EQUIPMENT, NETWORK SYSTEM AND PROGRAM RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system, with which plural access points(AP) existing in the same area are equally utilized. SOLUTION: Concerning each of network terminal equipment included in the network system, group information, which includes the telephone numbers of plural AP existing in the same area and evaluation points on the respective AP, is prepared and held and at the time of dial up connection, first of all, dial up to the AP, with which a connection is made successful the last time, is tried (for the second time or the like). When that dial up is failed, a dial up connection is tried by using non-used telephone numbers contained in the group information in the order corresponding to evaluation points, and an evaluation point related to the utilized telephone number is increased/decreased corresponding to the utilized result. Concerning such a system, when the AP, with which the connection is made successful the last time, does not exist, first of all, dial up is performed to AP (for the first time and the ninth time) selected at random with a probability corresponding to the evaluation points.
