SOLUTION: After a circuit is cut by a breaker 17, circuit reclosing action of the breaker 17 is delayed by a predetermined period when the quantity of a decomposed gas detected by a gas detecting means near a breaking part 17a in the breaker 17 is more than predetermined, and circuit reclosing action of the breaker 17 is conducted according to the directions of permission signal of circuit reclosing to a switch control means 18 when the quantity of the decomposed gas lowers to the predetermined value or less.
