PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame body rotary driving device, capable of surely blocking light incident from the gear part of a lens barrel with frame bodies such as a cam frame and a ring frame, etc., which are rotary-driven by the provided gear part. SOLUTION: A helicoids screw 12a and also a helical gear shaped gear part 12b are formed on the trailing end side outer periphery of a 1st moving frame (cam frame) 12 for separately moving and driving a 2nd moving frame 13 through a helicoid screw 12d formed on the inner peripheral surface, and a lens supporting frame 14 through a cam groove 12e, and then the gear part 12b is rotary-driven by a helical gear shaped interlocking gear 17.
