Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system using a cascade thermal storage tank and a building to which hot water is supplied by means of the system. SOLUTION: The hot water supply system is provided with a single thermal storage layer 1 in which a hot-temperature layer 2, an intermediate-temperature layer 3, and a low-temperature layer 4 are formed and a plurality of heat consuming sections 12, 13, and 14 which utilize the hot water of the layers 2, 3, and 4. The hot water supplied from the layers 2, 3, and 4 to the consuming means 12, 13, and 14 discharges heat energy to the means 12, 13, and 14, and low-temperature drains from the means 12, 13, and 14 are successively circulated to a low-temperature region and an adjusting layer and, finally, supplied to the heat consuming means 12, 13, and 14.
