Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-accuracy installation based on a surface by flashing the surface in a design, thereby retaining a locking condition of a mounting hole and a clip to absorb the dispersion of thickness of a cushion layer on the surface, and by absorbing displacement and dimensional error of the mounting hole or the like. SOLUTION: The clip receiving part 16 of a mounted part 10 is provided with the mounting hole 18 in which the clip 30 is locked by inserting the tip part 32 of the clip 30, and a mounting member 20 is provided with a retaining part 24 by which the base end part 42 of the clip 30 is retained in its connected condition. The tip end part 32 of the clip 30 is so formed that it can be moved and adjusted to the mounting hole 18 along two coordinate axes including a coordinate axis in the clip inserting direction of each of three dimensional coordinate axes, and the base end part 42 of the clip 30 is so formed that it can be moved and adjusted to the retaining part 24 along the rest of one coordinate axis.
