Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating method for stably and economically outputting, when power is generated by using a combined power generating system in which a supercritical hydrating reaction device and a power generator are assembled with each other. SOLUTION: This power generating method is provided with a process where water, oxidants, and organic fuel materials are supplied to a supercritical water region, supercritical hydrating reaction is performed to oxidize the organic fuel materials by oxidant under the existence of the supercritical water, and thereby a reaction product made of the supercritical water mainly is generated. Also the power generating method generates power by driving a drive turbine of a power generator by thermal energy of the reaction product fluid. Aqueous solution of the soluble liquid state organic compound is supplied to the supercritical water region serving the water soluble liquid state organic compound which is made of elements, such as carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, and which do not include inorganic product elements such as sulfur, chlorine, phosphorous, and nitrogen as an organic fuel material.
