PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination faucet that can mount a faucet body, while the faucet body can face right and left so that a temperature adjustment handle part and an open/close handle part can be positioned for easy handling which corresponds to the conditions where a user is right handle or the like, and can be used properly merely by changing the position of the temperature adjustment handle to an appropriate one. SOLUTION: A temperature adjustment handle part 4 is provided at the side part of a water faucet body 3, at the same time, an open/close handle part 6 is at the tip part of a water discharge pipe part 6, a plane shape seen from the upper part of the water faucet body is formed nearly symmetrical about one plane in the forward and backward directions by setting a surface including a mounting center shaft to a horizontal surface to a boundary, at the same time, the rotary shaft of the temperature adjustment handle and that of water discharge pipe are provided on the surface, and at the same time, the shape of the open/close handle part 6 is set nearly linearly symmetrical while the shape of the open/close handle part 6 is seen from a front.
