Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass fiber-reinforced rigid polyurethane foam which requires no surplus raw material because the height of the end parts in the width direction is not large and shows the capability to reduce the volume of waste and also a high uniformity of a glass fiber density near the end parts. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a glass fiber-reinforced rigid polyurethane foam comprises an underside material supply process to supply an underside material, a glass fiber mat supply process to supply a glass fiber mat to the surface of the underside material, a stock solution supply process to supply a rigid polyurethane foam foaming stock solution to the glass fiber mat and impregnate the latter with the former and a foaming process to cause the foaming stock solution to chemically react and foam to manufacture the glass fiber-reinforced rigid polyurethane foam. In addition, this method includes a glass fiber dispersion process to increase the thickness of the glass fiber mat.
