Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the function of various kinds of health apparatus which are used by fitting on a human body in order to apply magnetic rays or the like to the human body. SOLUTION: A mixture comprising a tourmaline powder, carbon black and a polymer is molded into a shape which fits the area of a human body which becomes an object. Then, this polymer composite health apparatus is used by attaching it to clothes or the like, and thus, blood circulation is accelerated by the magnetic rays emitted by the tourmaline and the effect of far infrared rays, and the hot-keeping effect of the carbon black, and various phenomena such as fatigue are suppressed.
