DEVICE FOR PRODUCING FROZEN DESSERT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen dessert-producing device which can easily produce a frozen dessert in which a sauce is sealed, and to provide a method for producing the frozen dessert. SOLUTION: A frozen dessert-discharging route 12 for discharging a frozen dessert 1 produced with a cooling cylinder 2 is connected to the through hole 11 of a product-taking portion 10, and a connection port 12a can be opened or closed with a plunger 14 moving in the penetrated hole 11 to take out the frozen dessert 1 from a frozen dessert extraction port 13. A sauce-supplying route 18 for passing the sauce therethrough is formed in the plunger 14. An extension pipe 19 which is used for extending the sauce-supplying route 18 and has a smaller outer diameter than the outer diameter of the plunger 14 is disposed at the lower end 14a of the plunger. The exit 19a of the extended pipe is formed so as to be buried in a flow route 20 for taking out the frozen dessert 1, when the plunger 14 is upward moved to take out the frozen dessert 1.
