Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap which can deal easily with the abrupt movement of the joint, or the like, is hardly peelable and can prevent the infiltration of water, or the like, from outside. SOLUTION: This first-aid strap consists of a base material, an adhesive layer applied to approximately the entire part of the one surface of the base material and a pad arranged in the central part of this adhesive layer. The base material has an approximately elliptic shape of 2.5 to 5 in the ratio (L/S) of the length L in a major axis direction to the length S in a minor axis direction.
