The outer cylindrical drum is extruded from a lightweight and strong material such as an aluminum alloy. The outer cylindrical drum includes a thin outer wall, a hollow cylindrical hub, and a plurality of thin radial spokes extended between the cylindrical hub and the outer wall. This invention provides the hard outer cylindrical drum with a small rotatory inertia.
