Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape for printing which enables stereoscopic images, such as characters, to be easily formed by using a small-sized, low-cost, generally used tape printing apparatus and to provide a tape cartridge with the tape enclosed therein and a forming method for stereoscopic images using the tape. SOLUTION: This tape for printing is printed by a thermal system, and its front side is used as the recording plane. The tape comprises a recording tape layer having thermal meltability, a swellable polymer layer which is formed on the backside of the recording tape layer and is swellable by certain solvents, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the backside of the swellable polymer layer, and a release tape layer formed on the backside of the pressuresensitive adhesive layer.
