Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement production process which involves effectively utilizing ready-mixed concrete sludge as a part of a raw material for producing cement to treat the concrete sludge and enables avoidance of any adverse effect due to sulfuric acid in the sludge on stable operation of the process. SOLUTION: This production process more specifically involves adding ready- mixed concrete sludge to a cement raw material and withdrawing a part of an intermediate stage product from a cement clinker firing stage.
