Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the surface of a product roller from a damage or staining and to prevent the surface staining of the roller generated at the time of fixation. SOLUTION: A protective tube, an outer skin tube becoming a product and a core are coaxially inserted in a cylindrical mold to be fixed by the upper and lower metal fittings arranged to both ends of the cylindrical mold and a liquid rubber material is injected in the gap between the outer skin tube and the core to be vulcanized and solidified to obtain a roller with the protective tube.
