Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool head equipped with a lightweight tool receptacle part having abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: The tool head includes a tray-shaped abutting member 6 which is of lightweight construction and is coupled with a tool shank 4 in such a way as not capable of relative rotation. An aligning flange 8 is formed from an aligning element 9 prepared as a separate member. The element 9 is made of a material to suit the material of the cutting tool 1 in terms of the hardness.
