Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microdevice mounting system connected with an air source and an electric power source. SOLUTION: The microdevice mounting system is composed of an actuator 116 to move to the pickup position in response to the connection with the power source, a coupler connected with the actuator 116, a mounting unit 106 including a probe to hold a microdevice in the releasable condition in response to the connection with the power supply, a first valve 111 connected with the actuator 116 capable of starting the power source connections to the actuator 116, a second valve 121 connected with the probe capable of removing the power source from the probe, and a system control 104 connectable to the power source and the first 111 and second valves 121.
