Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the temperature distribution of a heating medium and to suppress the generation of a hot spot in a reactor. SOLUTION: A multi-tube reactor is provided with perforated disk type baffle plates and disk type baffle plates. In addition to them, the reactor is provided with reaction tubes as the perforated parts of the perforated disk type baffle plates and a spatial part in the center of the shell of the reactor where the reaction tube are not arranged. Axial stream power for moving the heating medium can be reduced by the arrangement like this and moreover heat is uniformly removed from each of the reaction tubes so that the hot spot is not increased. By using this reactor (meth)acrylic acid and/or (meth) acrolein can be manufactured by catalytically oxidizing a gas containing propylene or isobutylene in the gaseous phase with low energy. |
