MICROSCOPE DEVICE FOR SURGERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope device for surgery, which allows surer a safer surgery by enabling an operator to easily recognize the progression condition of the surgery during operations. SOLUTION: This microscope device includes a microscope, which has a stereomicroscope optical system, position computing means (a digitizer 24 and WS 25) which detect the observation position of the microscope and compute the positional relation with the tomographic image of the part to be operated, a fluorescent photographic means which acquires a fluorescent observation image by photographing the fluorescent observation image of the microscope observation part and display means (a mixer 30 and a monitor 31), which superpose and display the tomographic image corresponding to the observation position detected by the position computing means and the fluorescent observation image acquired by the fluorescent photographic means.
