SOLUTION: When performing the connection for the pipe body PU2 after a third pipe body, a blocking device 10 is moved to the inside of the pipe body PU at the end in the pipe bodies for which the laying and connection have been completed, and the connection is carried out by suction via the suction pipe 12 from the relevant position.
