RINSE SUPPLEMENTARY AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rinse supplementary agent excellent in a promotion of drying and a finish feeling without deforming forms of a beer or a sparkling liquor and without spoiling original foams of the beer or the sparkling liquor when glasses for the beer or the sparking liquor, etc., are washed and the beer or the sparking liquor is poured into the glasses after washing, good in retentivity, providing natural and good foams of the beer or the sparking liquor and excellent in washing of glasses for the beer and the sparking liquor. SOLUTION: This rinse supplementary agent is characterized by comprising a sucrose fatty acid ester containing 12C saturated fatty acid as a constituent fatty acid and having >=30 wt. % monoester content as an essential ingredient.
