Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a condensed type phosphoric ester containing very small amount of monomer type phosphoric ester which causes reduction of heat resistance, and mold-deposit at the time of molding when the phosphoric ester is used as an additive for a resin, and obtained by using a highly pure bisphenol-A derivative as a raw material. SOLUTION: This method for producing the condensed type phosphoric ester comprises reacting the bisphenol-A derivative with phosphorus oxytrihalide and a hydroxy compound in the presence of a degradation inhibitor.
