METHOD FOR FILLING RESIN COMPONENT IN HIGH PRESSURE MIXER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling a resin component in a high pressure mixer of a low cost and capable of suitably mixing without changing a piping route or without entire necessity of a work irrespective of the viscosity of the component or the distance of the route by eliminating an index fault of the component when started to mix. SOLUTION: When a resin component is stopped to be mixed, its sending amount is reduced by the amount corresponding to a pressure loss of a return side from a predetermined sending amount when mixed, circulated, returned to a predetermined sending amount when the component is mixed, and filled. That is, when a predetermined actual liquid discharging amount required when mixed is set to 100, an amount reduced by the amount corresponding to a pressure loss of the return side such as, for example, an amount of 85 or 92 is sent when circulated when stopped to be mixed.
