METHOD FOR COLLECTING SAMPLE OF MILK OF MILKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem of causing deficiency of sample and waste of milk by constantly securing milk qualities and uniformity of components, actualizing collection of sample in an optimum state and constantly collecting a fixed amount of sample of milk. SOLUTION: In collecting a fixed amount of sample of milk from a recorder jar holding expressed milk L, the mount of milk held in the recorder jar 2 is measured. A stirring time Tm of the milk L held in the recorder jar 2 and a valve opening time To for discharging the sample of milk from a milk discharge part 3 arranged at the bottom part 2d of the recorder jar 2 are obtained from the measured result. The milk is stirred only for the obtained valve opening time Tm, the milk discharge part is opened only for the obtained stirring time To and the sample of milk is discharged from the recorder jar 2.
