Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized voltage converter having high output, high voltage, and high efficiency even though it is constituted of charge pump type. SOLUTION: Two sets of four relay switches S1, S2 and S3, S4 charging the pump capacitor C1 and the reservoir capacitor C2 of a charge pump type voltage converter are formed, respectively, among a group of a plurality of piezoelectric relays 5 with the capacitors C1, C2 formed on the same substrate, together with the piezoelectric relays 5. Each of the piezoelectric relays 5 is tuned on, with its actuating part formed by providing electrodes on both sides of a piezoelectric film for actuation by applying power voltage, by permitting the deformation to bring a movable terminal into contact with an opposing terminal plate. |
