SOLUTION: In the case of conducting call control processing from ISDN communication units (TE-1)-(TE-4) 7a-7d connected in point-multi-point configuration, they inform a center device 1 via a communication channel formed with the center device 1, call control processing is applied to a channel according to a replay with respect to this notice, and they inform information including a state of use, call information and setting contents of the channel to other ISDN communication units (TE-1)-(TE-4) 7a-7d connected under the same bus wire via the center device 1.
