Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a component-mounting device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of adjacently placed component feeders 1 and a head 2 that takes out a component transferred by the feeder 1 on a tip side of the feeder 1. The feeder 1 has a holder 3 for a reel 5 on which a taping member is wound and a transfer means 6 for transferring the taping member from the reel 5 to the head 2 side. The holder 3 for the reel 5 is movable against the transfer means 6 and freely moved to at least one position out of an upper side, a lower side and a rear side of the holder 3 for another reel 5.
