Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that the straight opening of the conventional collar cap causes leakage of white light or the bulb to be detached due to the lack of engaging force. SOLUTION: A collar cap 3 is provided with a grasping part 3a having an oval or salver-shaped opening 3b, which has a size somewhat smaller than the maximum size of the wedge base part 2a for inserting an electric bulb 2 or somewhat greater than its minimum size. Attaching the collar cap 3 to the electric bulb 2, the narrowed part 3a blocks leakage of white light through the neck 2c as well as ensuring the collar cap 3 to firmly engage the bulb 2.
